Terms and Conditions for First & Fast Packers and Movers

1. Services

First & Fast Packers and Movers provides packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking services for residential and commercial moves. We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient relocation process for our customers.

2. Estimates and Booking

• Estimates: We will provide a free, non-binding estimate based on the details of your move, including the size of your shipment, distance, and any additional services requested.
• Booking: To confirm your booking, a deposit may be required. The amount will be specified in the estimate.

3. Payment

• Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfers, credit cards (with applicable fees), and debit cards.
• Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the move, unless other terms are specified in the contract.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of your move. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Preparation: You are responsible for preparing your belongings for the move. This includes decluttering, disassembling furniture, and ensuring items are packed securely.
• Fragile and Valuable Items: Inform us of any fragile or valuable items that require special handling. We may recommend additional packing services or insurance for these items.
• Permits and Access: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for parking the moving truck at both origin and destination locations. Ensure there is proper access for our crew to load and unload your belongings.

6. Liability and Insurance

• Standard Liability: We take care while handling your belongings. However, our liability for any loss or damage is limited.
• Valuation Coverage: We recommend purchasing additional valuation coverage (insurance) to protect your belongings in case of loss or damage during the move. Please inquire about our insurance options when booking your service.

7. Not Included Services

• Disassembly and reassembly of furniture beyond basic items (e.g., bookcases, beds)
• Packing and unpacking of appliances (unless specifically requested)
• Disposal of unwanted items

8. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. In case of any disagreements, we will try to work with you to find a fair solution.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of India.
